正确答案：Before igniting, the preparation should be carried out as following: 1)Check the level of boiler, hot water, oil tank. 2)Start donkey boiler automatic supply water valve and confirm the water supply system of the boiler in good working order. 3) Open boiler discharge valve, out-in valve ,transfer oil pump inlet valve, boiler inlet valve, turn valve. Close main steam stop valve. Open condenser sea water inlet valve. The operational procedures are as follows: (1) The main power turns to 'ON' in the boiler console. (2) Ignite automatically or manually. (3) Combustion with small flame to big flame. (4) Appropriately discharge sludge after pressure increasing and before supplying steam. (5) Wash the water level at least one watch while operation boiler. (6) Replenish water and discharge sludge after boiler operation stopped. (7) Combustor button turned to 'OFF'. Cut off all supply. (8) Close steam stop valve after operation completely stopped.
