This flow chart clearly describes how to produce the smoked fish by using fresh fish in four main stages.

Initially: the killed and cleaned fishes have to be soaked in the salt water for 30 minutes and then heated for 5 minutes.

Moving to the second stage, fishes processed in last step are classified into different baskets according to their size and then heated in the VAT for 30 minutes. Precisdy2 during the heating process, fishes, covered by the wood board are listed on the salt beneath which stones are directly heated by the fire.

Today, the prevalent study-weariness among young people after school has worried the entire society. Generally, the rationale behind this trend has much to do with the faults associated with contents, methods, management and costs of school education, as well as certain external problems like social unemployment and temptation of entertainment. I will explore these possible causes and give proper solutions for reversion.

Firstly, the majority of main reasons of loathing learning result from a degraded school education, which troubles youngsters day by day. For one thing, called as ivory tower, a school, no matter high school or university, is always criticized for its on-class contents provided to students. The knowledge in the teaching plan is too old and outmoded to keep the pace with the changes of world today, or too theoretical and abstract to meet the practical requirements of living or working. Consequently, in the eyes of youngsters, school studying is valueless and no more than a waste of time.

Another reason lies on the inflexible teaching style, or called rote learning. In a long time, repetitive memorization is always overemphasized in school because teachers view it as an effective way of grasping knowledge. However, this learning process is naturally characterized by its vapidness, monotonousness, damaging imagination and failing to bring pleasure and motivation for studying. No wonder so many students lose their general interests and passion in school education, for school experience has turned into long suffering on nerve of brain(mental cruelty).

Besides reasons above, many elements outside the school also twist students' thinking about school learning. Specifically, in today's age filled with economic decline and fierce job competition, it is very difficult for a university graduate to go into employment, even at the high price of 4-year consistent spending of money, time and efforts on university education. For these jobless youngsters, learning in university is a false and worthless choice in life. Lastly, various entertainment in society which are exclusive from the aim of studying, distract students too much. The huge attraction of these amusements such as cinema, KTV, TV games and live concerts of pop stars, forms an entertainment-oriented mind among students, driving youngsters to give the priority of after-school time to recreation over learning.

Nowadays, there has been a public concern that many young students leaving schools have negative attitudes towards learning. In my view, this tread stems from many root problems of school education, and I will give possible solutions as below.

First of all, the reason why youngsters are demotivated in studying is that the general plan of educational system today is too heavy. Students have been given so many assignments and projects to accomplish. The competition of school performance also exhausts their energy and passion. As a result, this status causes anxiety and stress in students' life. Secondly, many pointless courses that have no practical contributions to future careers of the youth are made compulsory in school. For example, while studying history, students have to memories exactly events in the past whilst they hardly ever use this sort of knowledge for their purpose of earning money later on. Last but not least, compared to well-off nations, the educational system in poor ones is not paid by the government. Thus, a number of students from families suffering poverty possibly drop out of schools easily due to their economical difficulty.

Fortunately, some solutions could be taken to prevent this matter. More specifically, the first one in this case is that students need motivation in learning. This can be solved by letting them know how happy they are when they have a chance to go to schools and showing them that the vast majority of children in certain poor countries throughout the world are lacking education due to poverty. In addition, the government should increase the number of scholarships for good and poor students so as to not only motivate but also help them partly their economic difficulty

In conclusion, reasons listed out above can just mention some aspects of this matter. However, when the solutions have been given, hopefully they are able to recover the desire, interests and enthusiasm of teenagers in studying, and help new-generation education back on a right track.
